The information you provide is strictly confidential and will only be used to process your registration for courses or workshops and online orders. For this purpose we store your name, address, email address and telephone number. During the workshops we occasionally take photos. We sometimes use the photos for our website www.utopiakeramiek.net. They are stored on the server of our hosting WIX. Sometimes we also use them for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Linkedin. If you have any objections, you can use your registration form for workshops from the first lesson. The person must inform or email info@utopiakeramiek.com before the workshop that it may not be used. The photos will be deleted within 4 weeks after objection. With every order placed for a workshop, course or materials, we are obliged to keep the information you have provided for 7 years. This information concerns your name and address details, email address and, if entered, your telephone number. For the newsletter we only use the name and email address you provided when registering for an indefinite period until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Information you enter when placing an order or sending a message is stored on the servers of our processor WIX. Your details will also be reported to the supplier before shipment. In order to deliver your order, they need your name and address details. All processors ensure a level of security that is appropriate for the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as standard. You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your data stored by us at any time. You can make this known via the contact form on the site. If you want to file a complaint about the storage of personal data, you can do this online with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
