Working with ceramics means working with pure mineral raw materials such as clay and sand from quarries. The extraction of these raw materials is done very carefully, with respect for flora and fauna.
This wonderful and relaxing activity brings you back to your core because you work with pure raw materials. Everyone, including you, is able to create beautiful objects that make your environment warmer.
Ceramics is not only about making objects such as a vase or a bowl, but also about animal and human figures. Let your imagination flow for your special piece of art.

In the extensive online (live) lessons, you will learn everything you need to know about pottery. You dive into the wonderful world of ceramics.
Get ready for an amazing, creative and imaginative journey where you will learn all the important things about sculpting, including explanations about the different kinds of clay, glazes, their uses and much more...
DISCOVER POTTERY:
The lessons are divided into a simple periodic system, consisting of five lessons. During each period you make objects or sculptures based on the learned ceramic techniques. In addition, you also make your own tablewear and learn how to make simple plaster molds.
We get started as followed:

We get to know each other through the introductory meeting

You will then have lessons once a week

You work together with other enthusiastic participants in a group. This way you get to know new people, you stimulate each other and you hear the best stories

You start by learning basic techniques and making shapes

You will receive a recording of each lesson that you can watch over and over again.

You will receive all the tips and tricks to make the most beautiful objects

You will receive detailed explanations and advice about clay, glazes and their use

After your registration you will receive an e-mail from us with a zoom link to participate in the lessons and a list of materials for the entire block.
The investment of this course is € 150 per period (5 lessons) including the online (live) lessons and the use of Zoom (excluding equipment).
Baking: you can have your art baked in our studio or at another studio in your area for a fee.
